Quality and Impact Evaluation Lead

£28,020 per annum (pro rata)
22.5 to 30 hours per week

We are looking for an individual with strong project management skills to work closely with the Senior Leadership Team in developing the ways we can evidence our impact as we continue to deliver a high-quality service within the organisation and in the local community. 

In this busy and interesting role as Quality and Impact Evaluation Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing monitoring and evaluation across the various projects GL11 deliver, to ensure we gather the best possible evidence of our impact, as well as providing project management and administration support to the Community Wellbeing Director.

You will contribute to the welcoming and supportive culture of GL11, helping us to continue to inspire and making sure our vision, values and key aims are a living part of all our work.

Community Health Project Lead

Are you a Nurse or Allied Healthcare professional, looking to work in a community environment, where you could make a real difference to health inequalities? Following the expansion of our vision to work with communities and partners to create people centred solutions to address health inequalities across Gloucestershire, we are recruiting a dynamic and experienced Community Health Project Lead.

The role will appeal to an experienced project manager who has an abundance of experience of working with individuals living with mental ill health and complex needs. The ideal candidate will thrive working in a fast-paced environment, taking responsibility for their own workload, and building their skills and experience in managing risk within a community setting. The role includes building relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders, including statutory bodies and grassroot organisations, so will suit a confident person with excellent and adaptable communication skills.
