Support us

GL11 is here for everyone – but GL11 also relies on the local community for support.  Most of our running costs are paid for through grants and donations from individuals, local charities and grant-making trusts with just a very small part of our income coming from public bodies like local government and the NHS. This is why we need help from people just like you!
Any help makes a huge difference - these are the ways that you can contribute.

Donate Money

If you would like to make a personal donation, please follow the link below to our JustGiving page.

If you are interested in raising money for us through sponsorship, or an event, please get in touch with Paul in our fundraising team (paulrainger@gl11.org.uk) and we will help you to reach your target.

If you are from a charity that offers grants or donations, again please contact Paul for more information.

You can also support us by playing the local lottery - click here to buy tickets.

Donate Things

Please phone us first!

We are always happy to receive donations for our Food Bank so that we can support people facing real hardship.   The items we would really like to receive are listed on our Wish List (see image).

Sometimes people bring us new or second-hand bedding, baby clothes, toys or other household goods. For various reasons we often have to turn away these goods, and there may be other charities that would be glad to have them – so please call us and check before you bring anything to us.

Work With Us

We welcome partnerships with local businesses, schools, and charities.  If you have skills, materials or volunteers and you are interested in working with us for the good of the community, please contact Adam, our Volunteer Manager (adam@gl11.org.uk) and we will be happy to discuss your ideas.
