Become more confident with technology and getting online with our support and training sessions. We are able to offer one-to-one advice and training for all your digital needs, be it help getting online, using video calling software to stay in touch with family and friends, or all the other useful things you can do online.
These meetings can be done on the phone, or in person with one of our digital volunteers.

Support for families to provide a healthy, happy start for their children.
Why not join our HENRY taster sessions and share experiences with other parents in an informal atmosphere. The sessions will help with ideas and tools to try at home covering: routines & boundaries, guidance and praise, reward systems, food portions and lots more.
