To support the mental health needs within our community, the LIFT Project is an innovative new partnership between GL11 community Hub and local GP surgeries. It provides tailored support within communities for non-medical patient needs including anxiety and depression, loneliness, complex life issues and, life events. Patients can then start an ongoing journey to develop community support and social networks to build future resilience.

We are seeking 2 qualified counsellors to carry out initial assessments and general counselling of clients following GP referral, and providing a positive, accessible and welcoming environment for everyone. Our contract has been renewed, so these posts are now until March 2023.
